1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing stacknexus.shop and acquiring any digital crochet PDF pattern, guide, or bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable United States laws, and copyright regulations. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing or accessing these materials.
2. Intellectual Property & Digital License Grant
All digital files, including textual instructions, stitch diagrams, color charts, high-definition step-by-step photography, video hyperlinks, and layout graphics, are the exclusive intellectual property of stacknexus.
Upon confirmed payment, stacknexus grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license to download and print the purchased PDF file for personal, non-commercial crafting use.
3. Permitted Sales of Physical Finished Items
You ARE granted permission to sell finished physical items hand-crocheted by you using stacknexus patterns in limited quantities (e.g. at local farmers markets, craft fairs, or your independent handmade online shop), under two simple conditions:
- You clearly credit “Pattern designed by stacknexus (stacknexus.shop)” in your product listing or tag.
- You use your own original photographs of the finished item you made, rather than copying our studio photography.
4. Strict Prohibitions & Copyright Infringement
Under no circumstances are you permitted to:
- Resell, share, sub-license, rent, or distribute the digital PDF files or any portion thereof.
- Upload our pattern documents to file-sharing clouds, Torrent sites, social media groups, or Discord servers.
- Translate, alter, or rewrite our patterns to publish or sell as your own original work.
- Mass-produce items using factory, automated, or contract assembly lines.
5. Digital Format Acknowledgement
You expressly understand and acknowledge that all products sold on this storefront are electronic PDF files. No tangible goods (such as paper books, yarn skeins, or crochet hooks) will be physically packaged or shipped to your address.
